The Williams stand at the Professional Kitchen show will be the place to get an early look at its newly developed refrigeration products. Meat ageing is the latest trend and Williams has developed a new front of house solution for restaurants wanting to offer the best in this type of foodservice – see it first at the show. Also Williams will be showcasing its first ever range of Gem heated Multidecks for the grab and go market and those focused on fast service.
The latest Williams Chef’s Drawer will be on display. It maximises refrigerated storage in any kitchen where space is limited and is designed to fit perfectly with the latest prime cooking equipment such as Falcon’s E3925 electric chargrill. Chef’s drawers are available as either a fridge or freezer, bringing refrigerated storage right into the heart of the kitchen. When stacked, chefs can have both refrigerated and frozen ingredients where they are needed, close at hand and in perfect condition. Visitors to the stand can see for themselves how practical and versatile they can be in a busy kitchen. They are built with stainless steel interior and exterior, accept 2/1GN pans up to 150mm deep, and offer a capacity of up to 94 litres.
